They only charged the first night and refunded the rest of the money
What was bad
AC did not work, no remote. No bed, only sofa bed, very very small apartment smaller than the photos and bad building under construction, really uncomfortable and a bad choice, couldn’t even stay for a night.
We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with the service in our apartments. It is worth noting that the apartment is indeed not large in area, but is fully equipped with everything necessary. The lack of air conditioning and a sofa bed were indicated in the accommodation conditions and room description. We will try to take into account all your wishes.
