Front desk is open 24/7. Hotel check-in is permitted upon presentation of documents in accordance with the Rules for the Provision of Hotel and Other Accommodation Services in the Russian Federation, Resolution No. 1912 of November 27, 2025.
A mandatory technical condition for the Consumer's check-in using the multifunctional information exchange service "Digital Platform in a messenger for hotel accommodation is the presence of a Digital ID Service installed in it by the Consumer.
The hotel does not have the technical capability to check in guests using the mobile app and the unified biometric system Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services — Gosuslugi. Therefore, guest identification for check-in using these options is not possible.
Foreign citizens must have an original passport with a valid visa, if required for entry into the Russian Federation, a migration card, and proof of registration from their previous place of stay, if the hotel is not their first place of stay after entering the Russian Federation.
Children under 14 years of age must have an original birth certificate and, if not accompanied by their parents, written consent from one of their parents/legal guardians. Check-in is only possible when accompanied by an adult.
Guests aged 14 to 18 years old seeking independent check-in must present written consent from one of their parents/legal guardians and an original valid Russian passport or an original valid Russian passport certifying the identity of a Russian citizen outside the Russian Federation — international passport.
To improve the quality of services provided, renovations are currently underway in some hotel rooms and other areas of the hotel. Renovations are carried out weekdays from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM and on Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 06:00 PM and may be noisy. The management apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and thanks guests for their understanding.
The last and first names of checking-in guests must match the last and first names listed on the booking confirmation.
If new taxes or fees are introduced, the price of the hotel room will be increased by the amount of the taxes or fees, calculated in accordance with the procedure established by the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
The design and interior of the rooms may differ from the photographs shown on the website. If an extra bed is included in the room rate, a folding bed will be installed in the room.
An additional fee may be charged for adults and children not specified in the room reservation.
The "Breakfast and Dinner" rate includes two meals a day for guests: a buffet breakfast is served in the Talavera restaurant, and lunch or dinner from a set menu is served in the room.
Breakfast for children 5 years and younger is complimentary if the adults staying with them have breakfast included.
If a guest needs to report for a business trip, and if paying for their stay in cash or by card, a power of attorney from the legal entity must be presented upon check-in to receive closing documents on corporate letterhead, with full details.
Children under 4 years of age are not permitted in the sports center and swimming pool. Children under 14 years of age are not permitted in the gym. Children aged 4 to 18 years must be accompanied by an adult while in the sports center and swimming pool.
For access to the gym, clean closed sports footwear such as sneakers or trainers and sports clothing are required. For the swimming pool, a swimming costume, a swimming cap, and special change footwear with a non-slip rubber sole are required.
The jacuzzi will be closed on Thursdays from 05:00 PM to 10:30 PM for cleaning and maintenance.
A special parking rate of RUB 2200.00 per day per parking space is available for hotel guests. If a vehicle with a trailer is using the parking lot, an additional fee applies. The guest rate allows use of the hotel's on-site parking from 12:00 PM on the day of check-in until 02:00 PM on the day of check-out. Outside this timeframe, an hourly rate of RUB 500.00 per hour applies, paid through parking meters. |

Have stayed here before. It's a class act...spacious, classic hotel from the past. Everything excellent.
What was bad
We're getting a little old for clambering into bath and having shower with plastic sheeting...but it's by no means a deal breaker.
What was a deal breaker was being unable to make a further (second) reservation with Western Visa card to guarantee we would pay cash on arrival. We had no problems until last week booking hotels all over Rusia
