What was good
The hotel's location is close to shops and restaurants, but not close to Red Square. The hotel is very quiet, and there is an Arab person named Amin who is very helpful and helps us as much as possible. There is also a currency exchange office inside the hotel.

There was one girl in the reception who was rude to the customers, but I do not remember her name. There is no variety in breakfast food
