Beautiful hotel, spa, sauna, steam room, pool. Love the hotel looks in general. Good food in room service.
What was bad
Cleaning staff maybe the worst I had in a luxury hotel. Didn’t arrange anything, there was some cheese from room service that they left for 6 days which was extremely visible on the desk (I left it there just to see how long they will take, they never took it until I directly) they just made the bed. I extended the check out till 6 pm , I called the reception they informed me that i need to pay 17000 RUB but when i want to reception they told me 20000 RUB , I told them that we agreed to pay 17000 only , the receptionist told me that i called room service not reception but i am sure i called the reception and he didn’t give me the receipt..
