The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. Front desk is open 24/7. The hotel's rooms are located in three buildings: Alpha, Gamma and Delta, all within walking distance. Meals for guests staying in the Alpha building are provided in the Gamma building.

On December 20, the heated outdoor pool at SkyPoint Park is opening. Guests at Sheraton and Skypoint hotels are considered to be staying guests. With the purchase of a thermal pool pass, access to the Sheraton indoor pool, jacuzzi, saunas is also available to guests.
The cost of a subscription for a single visit to the outdoor pool for one adult: on a weekday — RUB 1500.00, weekend or holiday — RUB 1800.00. For one child from 6 to 12 years old: on a weekday — RUB 750.00, weekend or holiday — RUB 900.00. For a child up to 5 years old, the swimming pool is free of charge.
Lunch and dinner time, if they are included in the room rate: lunch 12:00-4:00 PM, dinner 6:00-10:00 PM.
