The standard time of check-in is 02:00 PM, check-out time is 12:00 PM. Check-in before 02:00 PM is possible in case when the apartment is vacant. Check-out later than 12:00 PM is also possible in case when the apartment is vacant for this time. In case of early arrival or late departure for every hour, a fee of 10% of the daily cost of the stay is charged.
Check-in from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM — RUB 500.00, from 12:00 AM to 07:00 AM — RUB 1000.00, from 07:00 AM to 09:00 AM — RUB 500.00.
Cleaning, bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days.
