Overall everything was quite good. I’d like to highlight the friendliness of the housekeeping staff.
What was bad
On the negative side — the very unfriendly appearance of the security guards at the hotel entrance. Not all of them, but a couple of them not only failed to greet incoming guests, but also looked at you as if it were a prison rather than a hotel.

I used junior suite, wonderful view with arbat street. clean and very new room condition. reception desk guy was extremely kind. very close from arbat street, 10mins from city center(with taxi)

What was bad
Russian "Europeanisation" is not good in all the way. For a hotel with prestige is not nice to kick out in snow the smoking guest. A smoking lounge would be welcome, specially in the winter.
