If you move with train, than this hotel is a good choice. right inside kazan station, just go straight and go to second level, you will see the hotel at left hand. even the hotel inside train station but you won't hear the train sound. its easy to find food and mini mart. There are many atm too if you need it. metro is walking distance too.
