What was bad
I made a reservation as a suite room, but the room given to me at the hotel was nothing like it. They gave me a deluxe room instead. The room smelled terrible, when I wanted to change room I was told I had no choice. When I wanted to move to a larger room, I was told that I had to pay more money, even though I had already booked that room. As a result, I switched to a standard room and the price difference was not refunded to me.
