What was good

Air conditioning and Location, which was in front of "Ulitsa 1905 Goda" Metro station.

What was bad

The building was below my expectations. In the presentation there were no pictures about the building, just from the apartment. There was also no black-out curtains in the bedroom which was quite clear at 3am in the morning in the summer.
