that's all about good thing, if you have a 20inch suitcase you can't even open it in the room, better choice a further one if you have time for transfer or pay little more money to live in a better one

A welcoming, professional staff. Staff members spoke Russian, Spanish, and English as of January 2023.

Room is very small, not recommended
Worst hotel service i have ever experienced. The staff is super rude with people specially foreigners. They just shout at you and dont want to talk to or ready to listen to you. Worst customer service i have experienced in my life. The reception staff should be changed.
