We live for 4 day, but the hot water was gone for 3 days, we got no water to shower and no solution.

On the second day of your stay, there was an accident in the boiler room, which turned off the hot water supply in the area. Information about this is recorded in the Unified Dispatch Center.
Unfortunately, it does not depend on us, and in such situations we are powerless and can only provide a water heater, which we did. On the same evening, we brought and installed a running water heater for you, so that hot water appeared in the bathroom again.
Your review is not true, since you have had hot water since the installation of the water heater.

Во второй день Вашего проживания случилась авария в котельной, из-за чего отключили горячее водоснабжение в районе. Информация об этом зафиксирована в Едином Диспетчерском Центре.
К сожалению, это не зависит от нас, и в таких ситуациях мы бессильны и можем только предоставить водонагреватель, что мы и сделали. В этот же вечер мы привезли и установили Вам проточный водонагреватель, благодаря чему в ванной снова появилась горячая вода.
Ваш отзыв не соответствует действительности, так как с момента установки водонагревателя у Вас была горячая вода.
