At the apartment

The total area of open-plan apartments is 140 sq.m. The apartment has 8 rooms. There is a front and main hall with an area of 80 sq.m. with a genuine leather sofa, a kitchen set of the Composit Italian company. The kitchen is fitted with dishes and household appliances, including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. There is also a bar counter and a boudoir with a dressing room mirror and a sofa. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toiletries. There are 2 isolated bedrooms and a mezzanine with a place to relax and beds.

The room has a special acoustic design. The floor covering is heated laminate. Air conditioning and ventilation, Wi-Fi up to 100 Mb/s are provided. The room is located in a one-storey extension to a residential building and has a separate entrance. There is no natural light in the loft, so there are options for artificial light settings. Garage and parking are offered.

After each guest, the apartments undergo dry and wet cleaning.

Sleeping places: two isolated bedrooms with double beds and orthopedic mattresses, a double bed on the mezzanine in the hall, a sofa bed in the boudoir. In addition to the main beds, an inflatable bed and a mattress on the floor are additionally offered. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed with an orthopedic mattress and is equipped with cotton linen. The maximum number of beds is 10.

The price includes: professional music system, projector with a screen of 3 meters, a computer connected to multimedia, the ability to connect a laptop to a projector, entry-level light music.
