Bizotel Premier Hotel & Residence 

The staff at Bizotel is exceptional. My cellphone was stolen while touring the city (no fault of the hotel.) When they found out the went way above and beyond what I ever would have expected. First, Udi (sp?) took time out of his personal schedule to drive me to the police station and help with communication with the police while they filed a report. (The police were exceptional as well.) Also, Boss tracked my phone for hours and called places outside of Bangkok where it appeared the thief was staying. He was even able to obtain photos from security cameras at a restaurant where they went. Although I never recovered my phone (it ended up in China), it seemed that the entire staff at the hotel was aware and Boss and Udi were so helpful. That won my allegiance to the hotel. But, more importantly to most people, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast had lots to offer and was quite good. Great location and good massages and restaurants nearby. Overall it's an excellent place to stay.
