I have stayed at this location twice - once in December 2018 and once in January 2019. This place is a good value and excellent location with easy walking to cafes, shopping, cuisine, BTS and more. I like the one-bedroom option simply because it is spacious and affords more comfort. The price is still fairly low (depending on season and availability, I suspect). I liked the kitchenette and bathroom and the separate bedroom with screen door slider. Ample closet space and comfortable living room. Each of the units that I stayed in had two air conditioners which made it very comfortable. Bangkok is searingly hot even in Dec/Jan. Check in is easy and I really like the staff here. Polite, professional, and service-oriented. WiFi is very good. Tips: If you have a friend stay with you, please make sure you register them at the front desk, or else you will be charged 500 B per night for them to stay with you. This is especially true if you have local friends who stay with you. Once registered, all is fine. Also, don't lose your room key. They will certainly make you a new one and charge you for the replacement. Rooms are kept fairly clean and neat and housekeeping does a decent, if not impeccable, job. Recommend? Absolutely. I really like this place very much and when in Bangkok, again, I will choose to stay here. Enjoy!
