The Bloom Residence at Suvarnabhumi

I stayed here for one night in April 2017. My flight was delayed for over 4 hours which meant that I wouldn't land until 3:30am instead of 11PM. I contacted the front desk through Agoda and their Facebook page and they told me that it was fine and that they would allow me to have a late check out, free of charge because I was getting in so late. When I arrived, it took a few minutes for someone to come out to the front desk but she got me checked in rather quickly. There are no elevators like other reviewers have stated, but I was on the second floor so it wasn't an issue. The room itself was very clean. The only downside was the really hard bed. The shower was very hot (!!!) and the bathroom was spacious. The next morning I went down to order breakfast (she told me someone would be available starting at 7:30 and I went down around 8:30). After ringing the bell and looking for someone, I gave up and went back upstairs. Came back down around 9:15 and I was able to locate a cleaning staff member. They located the woman working at the front desk (who I guess also doubles as a cook), and she took my order. Breakfast was- 2 Eggs, 2 slices of toast, orange juice, coffee or tea, bacon and chicken sausage for 120 Baht. They allowed me to pay in USD, which I appreciated. I was heading out from DMK, so she told about the free shuttle that would be leaving from BKK to DMK. I took the taxi that the hotel arranged for 100 baht and then was able to save ~300/400 baht by taking the shuttle (leaves every 30 mins). Overall, it was an enjoyable stay other than the bed and having to wait around for breakfast. I'd recommend to anyone who has a long layover and would like something that's close to BKK (~10 mins away).
