This guesthouse is in a great location in Bangkok. It is run by a charming family and is in a alleyway (Soi) just off the main Samsen Road so is very quiet with no noise from the road, it has a lovely plant filled entranceway and small garden area. The whole guesthouse is spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious and light, ours had a balcony and huge comfortable bed. There is hot water in the shower and a fridge and a kettle for tea and coffee making. It is a 5 minute walk to the Chao Phraya River for ferries and is very close to bus routes to both of the airports and the Southern Bus Terminal. There is so much choice for restaurants and bars very close by and also some excellent street food in the surrounding smaller streets off the Samsen Road. Most of the tourist attractions are within walking distance or a short Tuk Tuk ride away. We loved our stay here and were so enjoying our time in Bangkok we extended by a couple of nights
