Owner is very kind and approachable. at first we arrived around 11am, prior our arrival when we booked this we informed them we will arrive around 10-11am and they confirmed that. when we arrived the lady/ receptionist is so rude and will not let us in she has attitude and saying you come back at 2pm. the tone of her voice is really annoying. the american guest there who is speaking thai helped us talked to the lady/staff and explained if we can get in already but she is insisting no no no 2pm. then the guy exhaled and say she said 2pm. after that we come back the guy owner is very kind to us so our only problem is the lady. on our 3rd night, aircon is not working, we dont know what happened but the owners let us use other room and transfered to a bigger room which is better. haha but its a good place, a lot of massage parlor in the area, walking distance to BTS Phrom Phong. still a good place to stay near bts.
