For the value i think its ok. Brought my mom and little brother here as we transited in don muang and stayed for a night. we were picked up by its airport shuttle service although we had to take the taxi the next day as they said the driver isnt available (im not sure if they were actually supposed to take us back to the airport).

Anyway, for the rooms. they can do better. The toilet lights weren't working when i was there and the guy from the reception only had to say sorry as there are no spare bulb available, so we had to take a shower using our phone lights.

Over all, for the price, It's not bad if youre just going to use it for transit, but if you wish to stay longer then well, you'll have to really risk it.

We booked this hotel because they were very closed to the airport, we only stayed 1 night for a stopover between flights, and they had an airport shuttle. We contacted them in advance for airport shuttle and they didn’t reply, and when we arrived to Bangkok we called them to pick us up and they say that it was too late so we had to take a taxi. We arrived at 2 am and our next flight was very early at 6 am, the Taxi waiting line was 1 hour, so we decided to sleep at the airport. The hotel even explaining them the situation they charged us the night we stayed at the airport. SO NEVER BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL, it is a complete SCAM. They are not reliable, say they have a shuttle to get costumers but then they don’t pick you up, and I guess they do this as a practice so they can charge you when you decide to stay at the airport. The only reason you book this hotel is because is close to the airport and offer the shuttle service! 

Worst service and hotel! NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL-it is a SCAM

Had a very bad stay. I had asked the night manager on duty to contact owner about problems we had, waited  till 3 AM and no call .  I called the Bangkok police about what looked like a small camera in the shower area. The next day We got a call from a man who said h was the owner who said that I had to remove my review and that I had to come back to Bangkok and bring "lots of money" and go to the police station. He said "that the police did not find a camera" nothing about the 1st. room that had sheets with pubic hair and sperm stains on the sheets. He refused to give his name. I felt very afraid with his veiled threat. about taking me to the police and to bring lots of money. I then got  2 more calls from him with the same threats if I did not remove. my review. I then contacted hotels.com to say I was getting desterbing  calls  from a man that would not give his name. and felt threatened by the calls. Hotel.com tried to contact the hotel as well as the man who had called, thy said "no on answered the phone. Later in the day I received another call from a woman named "Nom" who refused to give her last name and when asked for the name of the owner. She then gave the phone to a man named "Udit" He said that I had to rermove my post as the police found nothing. I then asked for the police report and the name of the responding officers name. None were given. I again called Hotls.com to say What had transpired and that I felt threatened. They said that they were looking into it. I guess that as an American using an American reservation company I don't have freedom of speech and can not leave an honest review.  PLEASE STAY from this hotel. I wish there was a   place to post the pictures from this place.

BED BUGS...BED BUGS.... TERRIBLE BED BUGS!

The priciest accommodation out of four other accommodations I had for my recent bday trip but it is the WORST stay ever not just for this trip but to all my numerous trips then. I booked to have atleast a decent sleep for my 10hrs layover in Bangkok but I was not able to sleep even just for a minute. I literally laid down on the floor to get a little rest for my tired body. But, I only got a terrible back pain (for laying in the cold floor) and scratches due to bed bugs bites in the morning. What a way to end my special day...my birthday, indeed! I would have just stayed in the airport instead. 

AVOID IT AT ALL COST! 

We spent one night there waiting for the connecting flight. They said the airport bus is free. In the morning the lady said that we should go to nearest crossroad to wait the bus. The bus never came. We asked where it is and they said it won't come at all.

Bad service

Still Got 2 days in Bangkok. After i left another disaster guest house, my friend booked me another guest house(Nittaya Residence ). It was a bit far from the airport and some cab drivers can't located it. But luckily Mr Beak the receptionist and the owner of the guest house talk to the cab driver and instructed him the address. When i arrived he was so accommodating to me and explain to me all the facilities of the guest house. He also offered me a city tour and it was worth it. I really enjoyed my short time there. The room was better compare at Don Muang mansion that I've stayed at my first night. I felt I'm at home with the service and the hospitality that they've shown me. As a hotelier me myself i salute them. Working the hospitality industry is a tough job because you need to handle stress all day. But what i like most of my stay is the people who did a good service to satisfied their guest. More power Mr. Beak and his father who is fun of talking and entertaining me.

Most friendly and accommodating guest house!

I booked this hotel for one night. The next morning we left very quickly and took the free shuttle that took us to Don Muang airport. For one night and to get to the airport it's really convenient. Room without too much pretence. Free Wi-Fi. Low price.

Great for the airport.

We stayed here for a single night (or for a few hours) and for the price it went very well. One advice that the very kind, English-speaking driver gave us of the free shuttle, is to ask during the booking to be put in the new facility. because there are two new facilities next to it, a nice little place run by very nice guys (we danced and drank all night :) :)) and an older one. They're on the same street the old facility is old but it can be sleeping in those rooms (very clean and with interesting air conditioning for charity) we liked it. a sin is the shower/bathroom. breakfast we don't know how it is because we left before the start, however next to it there are 7 children and a free wifi family market open 24/4.

Perfect for the airport.

The hotel is located near Don Muang airport, but it's not easy to find, taxi drivers don't know, it's better to put a point on the map in advance. There's a transfer to the airport, go 5 minutes. Simple breakfast, clean, comfortable room, good water pressure)))) excellent Wi-Fi, and the bed, after a 6-hour bus, seemed softer than a heavenly cloud!

Good hotel near the airport.

It's a medium-sized hotel, staying for one night, you can choose to stay overnight, it's like near the airport, but you can't find it yourself, it's a lucky case.
