We a family of four people stayed here for two nights in superior room . The rates was decent and cheap and the staff didn't understand english and it was very difficult to communicate with him and he had no idea about the tourism and bangkok .Finally we ended up in making our own program .They had taxi services to airport which cost 700 bhats in a big car . The location was quite central and the rooms were comfortable for short stay
