Furama Silom Hotel 

I stayed there at the end of November. The location is excellent — I chose it specifically to be in the heart of the nightlife. Everything is within walking distance: shops, pharmacies, and nightclubs. When I checked into my room, I immediately found a cockroach and some other insects, which was unpleasant. I was tired after the trip, so I waited until the next day to tell the staff. They handled the situation professionally and moved me to a great room on a higher floor without any insects. I’m grateful to the hotel staff for their quick and professional response. I loved spending time on the rooftop — sipping cocktails at the bar, enjoying the city views, and occasionally swimming in the pool. My room also offered a stunning view of the city. On the downside, the shower drained slowly. It wasn’t a major problem, but I often had to wait a long time for the water to clear. Overall, my impression of the hotel is positive because of the friendly staff and the amazing city of Bangkok. I decided not to lower my rating because of these strengths, but there is certainly room for improvement. Bangkok is magnificent. The Thai people are wonderful — smiling, warm, free-spirited and generous — and they create a festive atmosphere. The nightclubs are fantastic and the performers captivating. Best of all, as I’m used to in Moscow, supermarkets, delivery services, and inexpensive taxis are available around the clock. That’s important to me because I keep a nocturnal lifestyle. This was my first trip to Thailand, and I fell in love with the country. Thank you for helping people experience what true happiness feels like!
