As a solo female traveler I chose this hotel for the affordability the safe reviews and it’s location. I arrived, checked in and realised I left my small rucksack, containing all my travel documents, my purse, ipad and my passport in the taxi I took from the airport. Staff at reception were able to call airport lost property for me, and guide me to the local police station with a cctv photo of the taxis license plate which they gave me. The Thai police were able to contact the taxi driver who delivered my rucksack back to the hotel in an hour. Thank you twin towers hotel your service is amazing and I enjoyed my 9 nights with you. Your staff made me feel valued and safe.
