We spent 8 wonderful nights at this amazing hotel with my family during the first week of January and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We lacked nothing throughout our time here. The staff were exceptional, highly professional, friendly, and always eager to assist. Although I cant recall everyone's names, I would especially like to thank Jack, the Security Manager, the young boy who drives the tuk-tuk, the bartender, and the airport rep who assisted with our transfer to the hotel. You all did an outstanding job and made our stay even more memorable. The rooms are nice and well maintained by the amazing housekeeping team. The hotel is in an excellent location, peaceful and quiet, yet very close to major tourist attractions, a 7-Eleven, and money exchange centers. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended for families with small children.
