I liked the guys who help with suitcases, only they turned out to be adequate to the guests

What was bad

You can check into the hotel no earlier than 14:00. The girl at the reception offered me to check in early for the amount of 500 Thai, I refused, 8 people gathered in the hall and everyone was waiting for 14:00 to check into the room, for the first time in Thailand I encountered such a bad reception of guests. There are rooms available, but if you want to check in before 14:00, then please pay another + 500, 1.5 kilometers from this hotel, there is an excellent hotel DWELLA with a swimming pool, and the staff can check in without any problems before 14:00. I had to move only because the WI-FI signal was constantly disappearing, I chose Crystal suites, no better than wifi, and there is no early check-in, only for money. I will never choose this hotel to stay again
