Family owned and run AMAZING rate for a very clean "Boutique hotel".. on Soi31 Wattana I think they call it . This wide LANEWAY is the most unique area in ALL of Bangkok GREAT RESTAURANTS within 10/ 30/ 150 metres...the BEST THAI and soooo affordable is 150 metres down Soi 31..Bella Napoli/ Les Arts classy restaurant...don't overlook this Boutique/ clean Hotel...and English is ok too
