2nd time staying here. From check in process to check out was smooth. Kudos to the staff that assisted me during the stay. I didn’t manage to get their names, Pls send my thanks to them below, Checking In - Lady GSE, assist me to swap room as I’ve book twin room instead. Adapter - Lady GSE that assist me to replace adapter as the first one given couldn’t slot in room. Checking Out - Lady GSE (Trainee) ask if my stay was ok due to me checking out 1 day earlier. Not many would ask in some places. #1406 24/1/26 to 29/1/26.
