I am from Malaysia. I live here 2 days.hotel location is very nice easy to travel with Bts. Hotel staff are friendly they great me very well. I feel this hotel likely my home Ashish helps to me traveled every where to Bangkok. He is very good person. He care me every time.😎😎😎

Very nice location and hotel staff are helpful

First I talk about mr.ashish. He is a heart of armoni hotel. He has very good communication skills . He is a training here. He has friendly, helpful always smile face. We are 4 person we all are happy with Ashish. But we are not satisfied with hotel rooms are smell and noise.

Great 👍 stay hotel

We can walk to NANA station of BTS in a few minutes.
Room is simple atmosphere, but basic functions are provided(air condition, TV, refrigerator, hot shower, toilet). And soap is a liquid body soap.
The room rates are not high compared to the same rated hotels in the area.

Near NANA station of BTS, and clean budget hotel

The location is absolutely fantastic. You will need to take the BTS and stop at Nana station, find exit 3 and go left into Soi 11. Armoni is a small budget hotel next to Grand Swiss hotel. I would describe that the room which I have stayed was clean and pretty spacious. Upon checking in, they could not find my booking initially but finally sorted it out after 10 minutes. Wifi is not really fast but acceptable. Toilet is clean but there was no toothbrush and toothpaste. You can get it at the 7-11 nearby. For a budget hotel in the heart of the shopping belt in Sukhumvit with this low price is really good. If you are on a budget trip in BKK and just need a place to sleep & shower, I would recommend Armoni Hotel for its location. There are many bars, cafes, restaurants, fast food, shopping malls right at the doorstep. However, pls do not expect a 4 stars environment for that kind of price. I will stay there in my next travel to Bkk.

Armoni Hotel at Sukhumvit Soi 11

My Thai partner and I stayed there, and we were treated OK. After I returned to the UK, she stayed for a further week on her own.

After I had left, the room cleanliness deteriorated, sheets and towels weren't changed.

Things didn't get better even after a complaint. We won't stay there again.

holiday stay

Came to Bangkok very early morning and as needed to stay in and around Soi 11, Sukhumvit, went to this place. Not much to look at from outside, and overwhelming smell of fried food outside the hotel. The room was quite ok. Clean and linens were ok.
Bad things, you could hear the next door guests through the wall. The adjoining door was unlocked when I went in. And their room phone doesn't work. I placed a wake up call at 7.30 and one hotel staff came and banged on my door to wake me up. 

Worst: no complementary coffee even. I saw a packed Nescafé in the room and as I saw in every other hotel I stay assumed it to be free and used it and while checking out had to pay for it.

As for rates, they seem to have a floating rate. My mate who lives in Bangkok told me that the same room was charged much lesser two weeks back than what I was charged with.

Value for money in term of logistic.

Close to BTS public transport and accessible by wheel chair from BTS station throught the lift at hyatt hotel near by

Very friendly staff to support which allow us to check in early morning and put our luggage at hotel on the day we check out late

I specially thank to front desk official and luggage helper for assist the wheel chair all time

Free coffee and chocolate drink for kids and adults at lobby

But will be better if cleanliness can improve better

I chose this hotel for its great location , side soi 11 , its so close to everything that you should require , transport , bars , restaurants , night life and what ever else takes your desires , the room was comfortable enough , air con worked great ,wifi worked good , room was cleaned regularly but the walls could do with a clean , shower area was ok  but a little more attention to some areas would improve the bathing area , over all my stay good for a budget hotel for a short stay and guest friendly...

A Great Location

located in Sukhumvit Soi 11/1 right near Nana BTS station. Room was OK and clean, bed comfortable, staff really helpful. Some issues with power cutting off occasionally. Generally a convenient hotel for a short stay

A great location on a budget

I learned from staff that the average stay at this hotel is only 1 or 2 days, but I stayed 25 nights at this hotel and had the most wonderful time here.  The staff at front desk and chambermaids were so friendly and willing to help in what ever you needed. They were amazing.  I enjoyed a complimentary cappuccino each morning from the self help machine for guests,  with cream puffs bought from 7-11 nearby.  

You couldn't ask for better location as it was only a block from Nana Skytrain station, which is ideal as you could go either direction to explore the city.  Only 3 short blocks away is the connecting metro line (Sukhumvit) at Asok skytrain stop, so you could go north, as to Chatuchak Market and other places.  3 short blocks away was also Terminal 21, a wonderful shopping mall which has the best food court for inexpensive meals.  It is renown. 

I loved my room 512 on top floor, in the corner. It was exceptionally clean and the king sized bed had such fluffy pillows and a cozy duvet for sleeping.  Air conditioning with use of a remote control was the best I had ever experienced from any hotel in Bangkok.  Room was spacious, had a nice wide balcony overlooking front street.  Sheer curtains gave privacy during daytime and heavy weight curtains darkened room at night for sleep. 

Two glass elevators side by side were never busy and worked so well all the time.  Wifi worked great and I was able to blog back to friends every day via my laptop. A safe made me feel safer for my personal belongings when I was out, even though staff were very vigilant for security.  A refrigerator was nice to have, as well as a hot pot kettle.  TV had only 10 channels but Nat Geo was great.  Shampoo and conditioner were supplied as well.  Also great to have 6 electrical outlets in room.

I got lots of help on my check out morning without even asking for it.  Chambermaid saw me leave my room with bags and immediately grabbed both big bags and put them on elevator for me.  Staff downstairs helped me find a reasonable ride north to Airport Express at Makkasan stop.  I was sad to leave such a great staff at this hotel.
