We had this hotel recommended to us from friends in Rayong who use it when they come to Bangkok. The rooms are clean and everything works and is in good repair. The coffee downstairs in the morning is very good.I have spent a lot of time around Sukhumvit Rd over the past 30+ years and so it is a very good base location for me and my family. There is a Maccas and KFC 3 minutes walk if the kids eat that stuff. It is between a budget and a mid-range which is fine for us.I won't recommend it so next time i an in Bangkok I will still be able to rooms.
