Our stay at this hotel in Malaysia was an excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and genuine smiles, which immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and all amenities were well replenished.
