Property is recently renovated and the rooms are spacious. The only con is that there are no fridges in the room, but the staff allowed us to use the fridge by the lobby (super friendly staff). The room we booked was on the older section, so there are no elevators. The staff helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs, luckily we stayed on the second floor. There’s a newly built section to this property with an elevator. The property has an area with booths which allowed us to eat as a family. The beers are cheaper than 7eleven, 65 baht for the big Chang bottle. The value is absolutely great, only 10-15 minute walk to Khao San Road and it’s very quiet at night. We opted to stay here rather than the hotels by Khao San Road as we are traveling with kids and they need to be able to sleep without the sound of music blasting til 4AM. The property was easy for our grab driver to find and it has a huge lot, so the 8 seater van had no problem getting to the property. TLDR: Great value, newly renovated property. Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Beers are cheap and the AC works well. Peaceful area, great for traveling with kids. Lots of street food options and massage spots within walking distance
