I have read some of the negative reports on here and I will reply as follows. The internet would be nice if it was free, I agree. Since the report I read they have changed it, as I was streaming movies no problem. Other people have complained about certain things . They need to remind themselves they are only paying 700 thb per day, which in Bangkok , I have easily paid double this figure. I found it clean and excellent value. If you want to be right in the center of everything, with butler service , 5 star hotel you will pay 5000 bht per night. Quite simple really. I would recommend it to anyone.
