I truly had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The place is super friendly, bright, and full of positive energy ✨ you instantly feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. The rooftop is absolutely beautiful, a perfect place to relax, and the swimming pool is very clean, pretty and well maintained. The restaurant was excellent: delicious food, great quality, and a lovely atmosphere. But the highlight of the evening was definitely the server — absolutely adorable, so kind, smiling, attentive and very professional. His service made our dinner unforgettable and added such a special touch to the experience. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of choices and a very friendly staff to start the day in the best way. A huge thank you to the entire team for this fantastic stay. I highly recommend I Sanook Bangkok and would come back with great pleasure!
