The Narathiwas Hotel & Residence Bangkok 

I stayed for 7 nights in a two-bedroom suite. The check-in process was quick, and the bell service promptly assisted with our luggage to the room. For guests with their own cars, there is ample free parking available. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and offered excellent value for money considering the space provided. The on-site restaurant was pleasantly affordable, with menu prices comparable to budget eateries around Bangkok—quite impressive given the ambiance. However, it closes early in the evening, so it’s not ideal if you’re arriving late and hoping for dinner. We tried the indoor pool, though the water was not heated. Instead, we enjoyed relaxing in the warm Jacuzzi. Service throughout our stay was commendable. The staff were consistently attentive, and I particularly appreciated the security team, who went the extra mile by opening cab doors, checking seats with a flashlight after drop-offs, and recording vehicle plate numbers. Small gestures like these make a big difference. Housekeeping staff were equally diligent and efficient. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to BTS Chong Nonsi, with stops at Central Rama 3 and Lotus malls, both about a 10–15 minute walk away. Note that the shuttle does not operate on Sundays. On the downside, the showers in the changing rooms near the pool had no running water, and the door locks were jammed and rusted. While the steam and sauna facilities were available, they were not switched on, and no attendant was present to assist. Overall, it was a very good stay, and despite a few minor issues, I would happily return.
