This was my first time in Bangkok so I didn’t know what to expect but I appreciated the responsiveness of the staff. They sent a taxi to the airport to pick us up. The driver was very friendly, informed, and communicated well. When we arrived at the condo/hotel, there were friendly people sitting outside eating. It felt very comfortable and homelike. The suite was small but made excellent use of the space in an urban environment. I loved sitting out on the balcony and watching the traffic. The view from the master bedroom was very nice to wake up to. The hotel staff was very helpful and provided access to activities. There were lots of restaurants, a 7-11, massage spot all in walking distance. I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
