This was the 3rd visit here and it gets better, bizarrely the rooms are smaller because they've partitioned them and made dorms as well but it adds to the overall experience, now there is a downstairs communal area where you get free breakfast and tea and coffee, the rooms now have air conditioning as well, you can meet and chat with other travellers, they do have 3 little dogs but they are quite sweet and friendly, we love the place the area and its close proximity to khao san Road and all the attractions, we will definitely be back
