We stayed here for the novelty effect and also because we have a 9 year old who loves to play cops and robbers. Can I just say the service here is amazing!! Yes it might not be like other star hotels but it definitely makes up on the style quotient and their ability to take customer service to the next level!! I arrived here early in the morning and they not only checked me in but also gave me access to my room at 7:30 am!! I also left my shoes here as I moved to another hotel (on the other side of town) and they sent it over by courier without a fuss!! Its worth a one night stay for the photo's alone but like other reviewers have highlighted - its a prison themed hotel and they are trying to be authentic (so please don't expect a Marriott)!!! The coffee here is the best money can buy in Bangkok and the staff always have a lovely smile. I would definitely recommend a night stay here just for the novelty element!!!
