Extremely friendly and helpful family/hosts with pretty good English (something that's often difficult to find in Thailand) The food is delicious, location is very good (many popular tourist attractions, also the canal boat to the city is walking distance). If you're looking for something pretty and fancy, go somewhere else. Here you're guaranteed to leave with a smile on your face from overall experience and lovely atmosphere. The rooms are also very clean and safe!
