Stayed here a week while in Chiang mai. The location is great (A short walk away from old town) and the room itself is very spacious and modern. Included in the room was a kettle, a fridge, a tv and a balcony. They also have bike rentals aswell for an additional charge. The owner is very friendly and accomodating, highly recommend this place.
