We stayed in the budget two person bedroom, which was clean, comfortable and quiet (and also very affordable;) ) The showers and toilets are communal but that's really not an issue. There's free water and snacks (toast etc) and a refrigerator, they also have some books. The staff is very friendly and helpful and you can leave your luggage with them if you're planing to do the Mae Hong Son Loop. The location is perfect, right inside the old city walls and close to several night markets.
