When I arrived, the owner (Nemo) was waiting ready to check me in, and cater to all my needs. After helping me carry my bags downstairs, he then sat me down with a map and highlighted the best places in Chiang Mai for me to visit. Rooms are gorgeous and clean, such lovely staff and great location. Nemo even took us to the Grand Canyon for the day which was a lovely day out and I would 100% recommend this hostel. It's fairly new still and is doing well. Only tip is to book room with air con- this is a definite must!
