The hotel location was great. A very short distance to the Sunday walking street. Great massage salon next to the hotel. Staff were always very helpful and very nice people. The breakfast was not big but had everything needed to start the day, and we could always pay to order extra items if needed. The tour desk was amazing; the lady was super helpful from local trips to group trips, and she even helped us with where to get a SIM card! The pool was nice as well; the water was a little cold for December in Chiang Mai, but it was still a nice setup. We would surely book again with them next time we come back.
