9 reviewsI stayed there 7 days and 7 nights with my sister. We paid only 4$ each for one night! The service is very nice but they don't speak any English. There is always fresh, cool water for 10Bhat next to the reception and it's not too far from the Night Bazar. Our room had a ventilator and a nice view. The bedware and towels were fresh (there is a laundry right next to the guesthouse) and smelled good. The only thing that bothered me was the shower situation. We shared our bathroom with other people and the shower was not seperated from the rest of the bathroom, which means showering "in the middle" of the room, right next to the toilet. The floor is pretty dirty. If you're planning on being out in the city a lot, you don't have much money and anyway won't be staying in your room all day, I think Rohan's guesthouse is perfect. We wanted to spend as little money as possible for lodging during our stay there but did not want a shared room, so Rohan's was a very good solution. The value for money of Rohans guesthouse is unbeatable! :)
