We spent 7 days in this guest house. The room was perfect with a nice balcony. Perfectly situated in chiang Mai. We ve been super happy to meet Bee, the owner of the place. She is just super nice, always smiling, super helpful. I be back there one day for sure. Thanks a lot Bee 🙏🙏

Perfect

It's guest house basically.
And somewhat imperfect at your standards.
However , you never have difficulties in anything. Business , Mountain trekking , Academic Convention @ CMU or anywhere.
Sure , some staffs doesn't speak like native speaker of English. So what ⁉️ If your accomodation staffs never tell you a lie , show honest , good attitude , it's enough. I have been staying most 5 or 6 🌟 hotels around the world . But this place is only one for the customer. Not for guest.

You can fullfil whatever

In spite of its fantastic location, helpful staff, free drinks, and reasonable prices the accomodation failed to meet our expectations. Our room was pretty gloomy and not well-lit, besides, there was some musty and frowzy smell in it. 
However, we enjoyed our stay in Chiang Mai. The ideal location of the guesthouse allowed us to reach lots of temples and local attractions just on foot as well as to find a few awesome eateries, coffee-houses and shops.

Not bad & quite okay

We stayed in twin with ac. It’s cheap, clean and in good location but that’s where the positives end. No staff available. Nearly impossible to escape in case of fire. Awful lighting. It was cheap which made up for some of its failings but the photos make it look better than it is. Stay if you have low expectations and simply need somewhere clean to sleep, otherwise look elsewhere...there are plenty of better options. 

Get what you pay for

Whats not to like? Really impressed with this place. We stayed in a double room with private bathroom. Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfy. A/C is decent. Cooking facilities available. Free drinking water and hot water. Complimentary tea and coffee. Hair dryer in the room. There is a restaurant downstairs too. If you stay here on a Sunday the nightmarket is a 5 min walk away. Staff are friendly. This place is extremely good value for money. We would 100% stay here again :D

Better than we expected! :)

A super-economic option for Chiang Mai, clean and well-located. In addition, the bed is very comfortable. The only sticker is for the reception theme, which if you need check-in or check-out times outside the usual hours there is no one. For the Check Out they allowed us to leave the key in a mailbox they have outside the hotel.

 GENIAL

We arrived late at night and we did a self check in. The room was half the size it was supposed to be, visible stains and hair on the bed linen, the matress completely dirty, mald on the walls,cockroaches, no shower (there is just the handle but no space for showering so impossible to wash your body), rats in front of the property, dirty, old and disgusting.
The morning after there was still no staff at the desk,no one around. At 9.45 the first person arrived and we said we want to leave he did no say anything. No apology, no reimbursment. He left 5 min after. No staff,no one around. We left after him and booked another hotel. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but we left after the 1st night. Awful experience. Please do not book here.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!!

Very friendly staff that will help you out with recommendations regarding tours or places to go around the city. Room was very clean with a comfortable bed. The area is great for any type of travelers. I can stronghly recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect place

We booked this place for our friends, who stayed here for a couple of nights in March and we were very happy we choose Love CNX. 

BEST value for money in town. 

Yes they don’t have a maned reception 24/7 and yes you might share a bathroom, but you won’t fine cleaner or more comfortable place in Chiang Mai. 

Great place to stay

The value for money was good! The hotel price was quite cheap, but we´ve seen other places where you received greater hospitality for the same amount of money.

We arrived late in the evening and did a self check-in which worked out well! But even though we stayed 3 nights at this hotel, we have never seen any employee. Not even during the opening hours of the "reception" someone was there.

The rooms look way brighter on the pictures than they are. It´s actually quite dark and whoever has issues sleeping when its noisy, should probably choose another accommodation.
