This has a feel of previous grander times. There stands what once was the outddoor pool bar and an inside restaurant/breakfast area shut down and unused. The pool is unique as comes up to many of the ground floor rooms adjacent to the room terrace decking area so you could just get in and swim from there but again, just looks a little unkempt, unclean and definitely under utilised. The whole place feels past its best but having said that - if you just want a couple of nights in a great location - easy walking to the center of town and with tons of parking (we had our own car) and are happy to get your breakfast out and about I've go not complaints as bed was fine and room a decent size - just a shame it hasn't got more life.
