This is a great hotel right in the heart of Chiangmai For the price paid it offers excellent value It’s been renovated well and the public areas, the vip lounge, the wine bar, the lobby and the pool are all really good The suite is enormous, it may be a little dated but it is clean and has everything you need and for the price on the website the value is excellent There are lots of nice extras in this hotel like the complimentary chocolate hour every day at 4pm with delicious chocolate fondue What really sets this hotel apart is the excellent customer service we would like to thank Gikki on front desk, but most of all we would like to thank Nuchy who offers customer service that can not be matched in any other hotel in Chiangmai We will look forward to staying again in the future
