Stayed here for one night and was pleasantly suprised how good it was. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood and set back a little from the road the hotel is suprisingly big. On making our way to our room, which was situated on the first floor accessed via elevator, we passed through a lovely area with a swimming pool and a rockpool/waterfall feature. Around this area you can sit and relax and enjoy a cool drink or a complimentary tea or coffee. Our room, whilst a little dated was spacious and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were a little concerned about public transport in the area but the reception staff tipped us off about GRAB taxi. So glad they did as we ended up downloading the App and using GRAB during our entire trip in Chiang Mai and the service was great and so cheap. Average ride for us was probably 50 to 60 baht to get around the city and in air conditioned comfort. There is not a great deal within a short walking distance from the hotel but just use it as a base and use GRAB to get around, you won't be disappointed!
