Stayed here on 2 separate occasions while visiting Chiang Mai. First time we had a fan room which was clean, spacious and perfect for a couple or close friends. The shower was good & the wifi was excellent throughout! Second time we stayed in A/C room which for the price is great value for money. It was also extremely clean, spacious and includes a TV (satellite channels) which can be nice to relax from time to time. There is a nice little garden space/seating area outside if you want to read in the sun or chill in the shade. They have a great selection of Lonely Planet travel books for anyone traveling Asia, and they also offer a washing machine & line to hang which was very handy. Finally the owners/staff (Max + Nee) are a really lovely friendly couple. They are very welcoming & helpful with any questions. They can book a lot of things in house & offer a very reasonable price for most of their bookings (feel free to shop around). They also cook breakfast/lunch for guests which is nice & tasty and will cater for all. Nothing is too much for them so feel free to ask them directly if you have any queries. They are both very friendly and helpful.
