I have been coming to stay at Gongkaew a couple of times a year for the past few years. It's a great location as it is in the old town within the city walls. It's very clean and peaceful at night, and I feel very safe staying here. The staff are friendly and I love the family atmosphere. I recommend this guesthouse to anyone. The space inside around the guest rooms is open and green with plants everywhere. And, there are some very cute, friendly cats and dogs. So, whether you are a back packer, long term resident of Thailand, or a family, this place is for you.
