Lovely room with with a very comfortable bed and good A/C, as well as more furniture in addition to the bed - including a desk and chair. A small balcony was also a nice place to sit in the evenings. Lovely helpful staff downstairs who stored our bags in a lock-up while we went on a trek and also gave us a map and recommended major places to visit in Chiang Mai. They also offer a well-priced and efficient laundry service which we definitely needed! Only drawback in the room was a bathroom door that didn't fully close or fit the doorframe but beyond this it was perfectly nice accommodation located just on the edge of the old city with some great street food a short walk down the road, and excellent restaurants in the same area too.
