I have rated this accommodation very good, not for its spacious bedroom King size bed luxurious bathroom private balcony resurants bars and swimming pool. Manly because it has non of these things. I booked it for its close proximity to the airport just one kilometre away and the cost just 600 Bht £11. In actual fact the run way is at the bottom of the garden so to speak. But it is clean good shower good towels fridge complementary water free wifi no coffee tea making in room but coffee tea toast and jam seating area by reception No charge is at the bottom of a narrow lane but opens up on a large pleasant garden with fish pound. Tesco super market at the top of lane as you come in plenty of little Thai eateries within a few minutes walk. Staying a couple of nights exploring Chang Mai ? You could do a whole lot worse . (Just noticed the garden is a fun maze)
